Home stereos were made to stay at home! The consumer equipment that most people are familiar with was not designed to  take the abuse of 4-6 hours of playing music at the higher volumes necessary to entertain large crowds. We use only the best professional sound & lighting products, manufactured by industry leaders  whose names you probably won't recognize. Why is this you ask? Simply because the commercial grade equipment we use is the same as used in the best entertainment & concert venues in the world and is not sold in  retail stores. Manufacturers such as SHURE, Peavey, Denon, Crest, Klipsch, DAS, Gemini, American DJ, Crown  are all highly respected suppliers of high tech sound & lighting equipment.   SPEAKERS.The best music only sounds as good as the speakers  it is played through. That's why we use DAS  DS-15A loudspeakers with internal  400Watt amplifiers to ease setup and provide quality, reliable sound. Since the amplifiers are built in to the speakers, there are less wires to connect, reducing complexity and easing setup for the DJ. With  conventional speakers, if your amplifier breaks during a show that is the end of the show. In the unlikely event that one of the speaker/amps breaks (due to preventive maintenance, we have had ZERO failures  since 1989) the other speaker will continue to play and "save the day." For larger events, we use KLIPSCH KP-302 professional loudspeakers. These four speakers are powered by two 1000watt amplifiers. We use two amps to provide a safety back-up. If one amp fails, we still keep the party going with the second amp & speakers. CD Players. We use Gemini & Denon Professional Dual CD Players. These CD players have special features to make DJ mixing easier.    Lighting. For the perfect atmosphere, we provide lighting with all of our DJ packages.  From a basic "color wash light show" to a full blown "intelligent lighting" show complete with strobe lights, black lights and Lasers, we can create the perfect atmosphere for your event.   Dual CD PLayer
